1. What are your store hours?

Monday: Closed 
Tuesday-Friday: 10am-7pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm

Our online store is open 24/7! 

2. Where are you located?

We are located right in the heart of Underwood, Iowa next to Nesting Grounds coffee shop on Underwood’s Main Street. Our physics address is: 131 3rd St Unit B • Underwood, IA 51576

3. If I live near Underwood, Iowa can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?

Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and you can pick up your order during our regular store hours. Pick up orders need to be picked up within 30 days of purchase. After that timeframe, there will be no refunds offered.

4. Can I return or exchange an item I ordered in-store or online?

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to ContactUs@shoptheoutskirts.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. We will re-send that item immediately! If the item is no longer in stock we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of with in-store credit/exchange. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is currently only available in the United States. 

How quickly do you respond to a customer service question?

Can we reach out to you for gift recommendations?

Our shop associates are always happy to assist with gift recommendations! It's always the best part of our day, helping curate the perfect gift! Please email us @ ContactUs@shoptheoutskirts.com for assistance with the perfect gift! 

I’m a maker! How can I get my product carried at Outskirts? 

We're always looking for new and interesting products to carry at Outskirts! Please email us @ ContactUs@shoptheoutskirts.com and let us know all about you, your business, the products you sell, as well as sending your website, product line sheets and any photos so we can fully appreciate your brand. Ultimately, the Outskirts buyer will make the final decision on products carried in the store & will reach out to you if interested.
