Cherry Cheesecake Dessert Cheeseball-Dip

Tart cherries in this cheesecake flavored dessert cheese ball will wow both family and guests. Also makes a delectable cupcake frosting. To make a cheeseball, stir mix into 8 oz. softened cream cheese. Add sour cream 1 Tablespoon at a time until you can form the mixture into a ball. Turn onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Chill, and then garnish, if desired, with chopped nuts, coconut, mini chocolate chips, or cake decorating sprinkles. To make a dip or cupcake frosting, mix as above, adding sour cream until desired consistency is reached. Serve with strawberries, apples, graham crackers, vanilla wafers or pretzels. For a vegan dessert, blend package ingredients with 12 ounces Toffuti cream cheese. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers, cookies and fruit. Prepared mix will be too soft to hold its shape as a ball. Best served as a dip or spread.
